We founded BR Partner because we understand tax advice as a shaping task. We want to shape your tax position together with you rather than merely administer it. Both partners are German tax advisors (Steuerberater) and certified specialists for international tax law (Fachberater für Internationales Steuerrecht), specialising in the tax-efficient design of company and shareholder structures.

- Studied international business administration at Hochschule RheinMain in Wiesbaden, with a semester abroad at the Universidad de Deusto in San Sebastián, Spain
- Master's degree in International Accounting, Controlling and Taxation from ESB Business School Reutlingen

Matthias Ritter advises companies, entrepreneurs and private clients on questions of German tax law. His focus areas are comprehensive advice for founders and start-ups, structuring investments, cross-border matters and reorganisations.

- One year at the German Tax Desk in New York (2022 to 2023), advising German and US clients on double taxation treaties, transactions and international reorganisations
